This brand new condominium was a beautiful blank slate overlooking the sea. The homeowner needed more storage and the great room had to serve many purposes. We added a fun navy-blue built in, a window seat with storage below, and a banquette to maximize the space. The banquette has custom fish cutouts and a shell chandelier over the table add whimsy to a very sophisticated space. We also popped in a floor to ceiling tiled gas fireplace and added V-groove to the walls for texture. In the bedroom, they needed a home office corner. Once again adding texture to the walls and a custom half moon shelf over the bed gave interest to the space.
